All image distribution on this platform operates strictly under the legal terms outlined below. Submitting an inquiry or rendering payment via this platform implies binding agreement to these specifications.
1. Ownership & Copyright Retention
David Lilly Photography retains 100% full legal copyright and intellectual ownership of all imagery in perpetuity.
No transfer of copyright is ever enacted through this platform. All licenses issued are strictly Non-Exclusive and non-transferable unless explicit written exclusivity extensions are purchased.
2. Scope of Permitted Usage
Single-Medium Bounds: Images may only be displayed across the explicit media types, distribution volumes, and timelines selected during your checkout or outlined on your issued invoice.
No AI Training Permissions: Strictly no permission is granted for any image hosted on this site to be downloaded, scraped, or processed for the purposes of training, fine-tuning, or testing machine learning, neural networks, or generative artificial intelligence models.
3. Required Credit Line Format
Every public digital publication or physical print layout must display a clear, legible credit line directly adjacent to or beneath the photograph.

Altering, stripping, or intentionally erasing embedded EXIF metadata or IPTC fields from delivered image files is strictly prohibited.
4. Enforcement & Unauthorized Violations
Use of imagery prior to invoice payment execution, use beyond the agreed timeline, or omission of the mandatory credit attribution line instantly constitutes copyright infringement.Unauthorized usage will incur an immediate administrative retro-licensing fee equal to three (3) times the standard commercial rate, alongside further statutory legal remedies.
